we believe that the character of Prophet Muhammad is in Bible

In the Quran (Muslim holy book) it is shown at least four different places that the name and characteristics of the prophet had been mentioned in the Torah and the Bible.

For example There is a verse in Quran in which he god has said: “the people of the book know this as they know their own sons.”(2:146). It means that the Jews and the Christians had prior knowledge of the prophet’s characteristics in their books and knew him as if a mom knows his child.

Or it is in another verse: “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other … This is their similitude in the Torah; and their similitude in the Bible is…” (48:29)

Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah, and those with him are firm of heart against the unbelievers, compassionate among themselves; you will see them bowing down, prostrating themselves, seeking grace from Allah and pleasure; their marks are in their faces because of the effect of prostration; that is their description in the Taurat and their description in the Injeel; like as seed-produce that puts forth its sprout, then strengthens it, so it becomes stout and stands firmly on its stem, delighting the sowers that He may enrage the unbelievers on account of them; Allah has promised those among them who believe and do good, forgiveness and a great reward.[48:29]

It is said in another verse: “and remember, Jesus (Isa), the son of Mary, said: “O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad. , but when he came to them with clear arguments they said: This is clear magic.”(61:6)

Glad tidings, it means good news and it is exactly what “Gospel” means.

There is another verse which said: “Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures), in the law and the Gospel” (7:157)

This issue has been mentioned in the Torah and the Bible, not in their interpretations. The Islamic commentators had two perspectives on it; some of them said that had been mentioned in the Torah and the Bible before being distorted and after the distortions, the name of the Prophet has been omitted. Some others believe that when the verbs are used in present tense in Quran, it show that there will be some signs in the future and it also shows the continuity. So we should see the name of the prophet in the Torah and the bible today. It makes me search in the Torah and the Bible to see if they had talked about the Prophet or not. I am a Muslim because my father is a Muslim; you are a Christian because your father is a Christian. You are Shiite because your parents are Shiite and you are Sunnite because your parents are Sunnite. You do not have anything by yourself and you have inherited the thought and belief from your father. I wish you had inherited money, but you have inherited a belief which might be null. We are not going to find out what the right and wrong is. This made me go after this myself and not just accept inheriting a thought.
